Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit microdelights.qa and get in touch with us.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Mikrozachwyty (the Microdelights brand), Polish tax ID (NIP) 8212620740. For any matter concerning personal data, write to hello@microdelights.qa or call +48 500 39 79 79.

2. What data we process and why

• Contact form: full name, email address, the content of your message and — if you provide it — your company name. We process this data to reply to your message and, at your request, to prepare a collaboration proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Email and phone contact: the data you share with us, for the same purposes and on the same legal bases.

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to a message sent through the form. Ticking the box in the form confirms that you have read this policy — it is not a consent on which we base the processing of your data.

3. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we start working together, for the duration of the collaboration and the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to providers of technical services — our website hosting provider and email provider — only to the extent necessary to provide those services and under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to hello@microdelights.qa. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

We do not make automated decisions and do not profile people who contact us.

6. Cookies

The website uses one technical cookie, pll_language, which remembers your chosen language version (Polish or English) for 12 months. It is required for the language switcher to work and is not used for tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way the website processes data changes. The current version is always available on this page.
